Terms & Conditions

1. The service
Cybella provides AI workers for a business: you describe your company, hire the roles you need, and they carry out tasks, answer messages and calls, and keep records on your behalf. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account and your organization
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. An account belongs to one person; you can invite colleagues into your organization, and whoever owns the organization is responsible for what its members and its AI workers do. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. AI output — the honest part
Cybella can make mistakes. AI-generated work may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate despite our safeguards. Don't rely on it as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise), and review what your workers produce before it goes to a customer. Sensitive actions wait for your explicit approval, and you are responsible for what you approve — including messages and calls your workers handle on your behalf, which you are responsible for keeping lawful where you operate.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Cybella to break the law, harm others, harass, spam, generate malware, infringe intellectual property, attempt to breach our or anyone else's systems, or resell the service without our agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
5. Plans, billing, and changes
Cybella is sold as one subscription, billed in advance monthly, quarterly, or yearly, and it renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the period you've paid for. Where a free trial is offered, we tell you the length before you start it and you can cancel before it converts. We may change features or pricing with reasonable advance notice — changes never apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.
Refunds. Cancelling leaves your workers running until the period you've paid for runs out, so there is normally nothing to refund. If you end a quarterly or yearly subscription early and stop using Cybella straight away — by deleting your organization — we refund the whole months you haven't used, to the card you paid with. The month you're in counts as used; every whole month after it comes back. An annual plan ended in March returns nine months of what you paid. Monthly plans aren't refunded: you've had a free month to decide before paying for one, and the most you're ever committed to is the month you're in.
Phone calls and text messages are metered. Your plan includes a monthly allowance for calls your workers answer and place and for texts they send. Calls and texts to some countries cost considerably more than others, so the allowance is measured by what the usage costs rather than by a fixed number of minutes — your dashboard shows how much of it is left and roughly what that means for the numbers you actually call. When the allowance runs out, the line pauses until you add credit; credit is bought in bundles, never expires, and you can set it to top up automatically so the line keeps answering. We will tell you before the line pauses, through whichever channel you've asked us to reach you on.
6. Your content
Your business information, documents, conversations, and anything your AI workers produce remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content back to you — that's what running the service means. We don't use your content to train AI models unless you explicitly switch that on in your settings, and you can switch it off again at any time.
7. Availability and changes to the service
We aim for the service to be reliable but provide it "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, we'll give you notice and a way to export your data.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or €50 if you've paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on AI output.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (your content rights, liability limits) survive termination.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
