Cybella provides personal AI agents: a free plan where replies are generated on your own device, and paid plans with additional capabilities. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. One person per account. You must be at least 16 years old.

Cybella can make mistakes. AI-generated replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate despite our safeguards. Don't rely on them as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Sensitive actions in the product always wait for your explicit approval, and you are responsible for what you approve.

Don't use Cybella to break the law, harm others, harass, spam, generate malware, infringe intellectual property, attempt to breach our or anyone else's systems, or resell the service without our agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

The free plan is free. Paid plans (when available) bill in advance on a monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period. We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable advance notice — changes never apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

Your conversations, memories, and anything you create with Cybella remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content back to you — that's what running the service means. We don't use your content to train AI models.

We aim for the service to be reliable but provide it "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, we'll give you notice and a way to export your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or €50 if you've paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on AI output.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (your content rights, liability limits) survive termination.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
