Complex integrations or custom development may require a one-time implementation fee, scoped before work starts. Prices in USD. Pay yearly for two months free. Usage figures on each card are the monthly grant; unused credits roll over up to three months' worth.
What does the monthly fee pay for?
A deployment Cybella configures, integrates and operates for you on the platform: the agents, the knowledge, the workflows, the integrations, the approval rules, the monitoring, and the ongoing optimization as usage grows. Software access is the smallest part of it.
What separates the tiers?
Depth of deployment. Starter is one focused deployment. Growth is several workflows and several agents working as one system, with voice and messaging. Scale is operationally important, multi-department work with custom integrations and custom tools. Usage limits rise with each tier, but the tier is defined by how much of the company Cybella automates.
Is there a one-time fee?
Sometimes. Complex integrations or custom development may require a one-time implementation fee, scoped in the proposal before anything starts. The subscription is the model; the fee is not.
What are credits?
One balance that every metered thing draws on: answered call minutes, texts, chat, agent tasks and contact lookups. Each tier includes a monthly grant, unused credits roll over up to three months' worth, and you can top up.
Can we change tiers?
Yes, at any time. Moving up prorates from today; moving down applies at the next renewal. Cancel any time, no lock-in.
Do we need to replace our software?
No. Cybella connects to the systems you already use. If a system has an API, we can usually connect it; for proprietary systems we build a custom connector as part of implementation.
